Racketbar

Cattolica is a splendid setting that welcomes some of the wonders of the Adriatic Sea, but is also home to modern and lively destinations. Among these, the Racketbar stands out, a place known for its extraordinary elegance and vibrant vitality.

Strategically located on the waterfront, Racketbar is a true architectural gem and a beloved meeting place for locals and visitors alike. Its modern and welcoming atmosphere captures the essence of seaside living, and one of its most striking features is Sunroom’s S.75 TT folding glazed unit.

One of the most significant attributes of the S.75 TT glazed unit is its thermal break. Thanks to its 28 mm polyamide bars, this architectural solution offers optimal living comfort, reducing heat dispersion and contributing to the energy efficiency of the room. This means that the Racketbar patrons can enjoy spectacular views without worrying about the weather conditions outside.

What makes this glazed unit truly extraordinary, however, is its advanced technical features. The upper and lower tracks and side jambs form a closed frame that ensures exceptional performance. The double gaskets work in compression, guaranteeing a perfect hermetic seal and protecting the room from the external elements.

In short, Racketbar is proof of how design and functionality can come together to create an extraordinary experience. This location embodies the essence of the modern seaside lifestyle, where natural beauty blends with comfort and convenience.

Sopravento Restaurant

Located in an exclusive location with breathtaking views, Ristorante Sopravento, in Cattolica, optimally blends elegance and modernity.

Its panoramic terrace allows patrons to admire the beauty of the Romagna Riviera while enjoying summer sunsets.

The room is fully developed under our pergolas, ensuring patrons to breathe the sea air in any season and under any climatic conditions.

Three Oskura Waterproof Sunroom bioclimatic pergolas were installed to make the most of this position. Oskura WP is the fully opening pergola with retractable slats that allows natural ventilation for constant air exchange, mitigating the heat from direct sunlight.

To make the location even more exclusive, we decided to install the Sunroom S.60 TT folding door with thermal break profiles. On the two deeper sides, the windows feature a nine-panel configuration with folding on one side, while the front portion features four doors for each of the three pergolas.

Thanks to Sunroom, the patrons of this wonderful place can enjoy their fish-based meals while admiring a unique and suggestive panorama.

Villa with pool

To protect the patio of a villa in the outskirts of Rome, a practical and functional solution was required to be able to use the ample spaces in complete freedom throughout the entire year.

Our partner, Tecnoart, completed the installation using the S.40 folding door with aluminium profiles for maximum lightness and versatility. In the summer or whenever needed, it can be gathered in a pack with a minimum footprint of about 9% of its length. When closed, it offers good protection against the weather and increases privacy.  The panels were custom made.

The choice of black for the S.40 folding door is in harmony with the frames and furnishings already in the building. Plus, the hinges are completely hidden inside the profiles for a pleasant style as well as being a valid security element and practical for maintenance and cleaning.

Villa with Garden

Attention to detail and care for the space: these are the characteristics of the creation in a villa in the outskirts of Rome by our partner, Tecnoart. A small space, but big enough to now contain a kitchen area with island and seats. The installation called for the removal of a wall and the creation of a roof with a bearing structure in insulated isolpan with imitation tile. The roof is fixed and the highest gutter hides the roof from view for the right mix between appearance and functionality. There is a small pillar on the front to support the roof beam. The new space created extends from the (pre-existing) posts to the new perimeter closure.

The choice of the S.40 folding door was determined by the need to completely open the new glass wall and thus overcome the boundary between the home and outdoor environments.

The 2.10 m high panels with aluminium profiles and thermal glass in the S.40 folding door run along the perimeter of the new area for 6.5 linear metres. Packing is internal and divided on two sides, while the side part has a door with handle and lock.

The track is recessed in the floor for ease of passage and there is another special detail. To protect the parquet inside the house from rainwater residues, another inclined internal track was inserted for perfect drainage.

HOUSE WITH GARDEN Niederösterreich

In the beautiful setting of Lower Austria, the most extensive and agricultural region of Austria, is the house where our partner, Kollarits Josef Gmbh created an outdoor space with two different types of glazed units.

For the front and side glazed surfaces, the Tuttovetro Slide frameless sliding system was chosen. Three-track and with three panels, it has a handle with a minimal design inserted directly on the panel. Also, upon request, an external lock with safety key was added.  This type of glazed unit allows an immediate and complete visual connection between the relaxation area and the outdoor garden to be able to enjoy the light and panorama with zero impact on the architectural complex thanks to the absence of vertical profiles on the panels. On the side, on the other hand, the two and three panel type S.30 folding door was used. This solution allows the space to be optimized and practical and safe access to the stone stairs that lead directly to the garden, located near the structure. The packed opening, with a very small footprint, completely frees up the space.

In this context choosing the Sunroom product that best met the customer’s need was important to allow the new environment to be enjoyed in complete comfort and security.

Country House Norfolk

In rural and authentic England is the county of Norfolk and it is here among these wide plains that our partner installer Arc Folding Sliding Door Systems Ltd fully satisfied the needs of the owner of this country house.

A practical and useful solution for putting the outdoors in constant communication with the home environment. The star is the Sunroom S. 60 TT folding door with thermal break profiles. The opening created extends for about five metres and the glazed unit has six panels with external packing on one side. The gathered pack of glazed units only occupies 50 cm to ensure passage and a completely open view. The glass chosen is layered and double-glazed for excellent thermal and sound insulation. The bottom track used for the Sunroom S. 60 TT folding door with thermal break profiles is lowered to make passage easier, ideal in a situation where there is constant interaction between the home and outdoor environment.

PRIVATE VILLA BUDAKESZI

A relaxation area with over 40 square metres in a beautiful villa in Budakeszi at the outskirts of the Budapest metropolitan area: here is an oasis of rest and peace, to enjoy in both summer and winter. Our installer partner Sunwood created this Motus TT conservatory with thermal break using S.60 TT folding doors and S.70 TT sliding doors, both with thermo-insulated profiles.

All Sunroom products used in this project were produced based on the customer’s specific needs in terms of finish (the wood effect is in complete harmony with the surrounding environment) and size, with sliding and folding glazed units.

The project called for the creation of a Motus TT conservatory with thermal break profiles with nine modules and three panels in depth. Iron reinforcements were inserted to resist the snow load, which is very high in this area. The glazing chosen is glass with double glazing. On the left side there is the S.60 TT folding door with six panels with shatterproof double glazing and packing on one side towards the outside to create the smallest footprint. The client also requested a door with a three-point lock. On the front there is the S.70 TT sliding door with thermal break profiles, 2-track with two panels, to offer an excellent result on both an aesthetic level with its wide view at the front of the conservatory, and on the level of thermal performance. The right side has a S.70 TT sliding door with three panels that slide on three distinct tracks.

Relaxing in the whirlpool tub, enjoying the fabulous view of the snowy landscape from a sofa surrounded by glass, perhaps even after having a stressful day at work, is a dream come true!

BEL MONDO CLUB

Creative cocktails, courteous bartenders, and a trendy atmosphere: this is the Bel Mondo Club in Szombathely, the oldest city in Hungary and a destination for numerous tourists every year. And a business in step with the times needs designs that are just as innovative. For this reason, our partner, Sunwood, perfectly installed a Puro roof and S.30 folding doors, all by Sunroom, of course. The elegant furnishings and interior decorations of the Bel Mondo Club called for solutions that were able to combine practicality and style, just like the Sunroom elements that were used.

Puro is the aluminium and glass system that allowed the creation of a flat roof thanks to the special horizontal construction that allows you to hide the slope of the beams. The design called for a structure that is six metres long and four metres deep that perfectly balances the more classic elements inside the building with masonry arches. Two S.30 folding doors, about three metres each are located on the front of the Bel Mondo Club to take advantage of all the potential of the surrounding space so that they “disappear” easily with the arrival of good weather, stacking up on one side to take up the least amount of space possible. The glass used is layered and the bottom track is recessed. The anthracite grey profiles blend into the elegant and original style of the Bel Mondo Club.

IJSSALON ROSARIA’S

The long beach, the sea, and the worldly life makes Egmond aan Zee a perfect destination to explore and enjoy the wonders of Holland and… to enjoy an ice cream or a pizza (Italian, of course!) even in the land of tulips. The name hints at the Italian origins of Ijssalon Rosaria, where a stop is a must for a rich breakfast, a quick snack, or dinner with friends accompanied by a wonderful sunset by the sea.

And to best use all of the space this business activity had to offer, a Clima TT roof for thermal break conservatories was installed along with the S.60 TT folding door with thermo-insulated profiles for excellent resistance to the temperatures that can be quite extreme in this area. The practicality of a folding system for a commercial location is obvious: always made to measure, the S.60 TT folding door with thermal break profiles has no length limits and offers great freedom of design. Also, the ability to insert a low threshold minimizes the thickness in transit to make it easier for customers and staff to move between the indoors and outdoors. And finally, the customization of the colours and finishes is perfectly integrated with the style of the building.

OMPHALOS PRIVATE HOME

The project, carried out by our partner, Omphalos By Hobbyverde was built in the famous hillside region of Langhe.  The area involved covers about 20 m2, where the pre-existing portico has a truss structure made entirely of wood.

The new Clima TT conservatory with thermal break covers a surface area that is 5.5 m wide by 1.2 m deep, with a small roof and glass closures along the front (with three, 3-track panels) and on the sides with a type with two panels that slide on two different tracks. The system chosen was the S.70 TT sliding door, which offers solidity and excellent insulation thanks to its thermal break profiles. The Sunroom S. 70 TT sliding system is also ideal for opening it wide during the summer and allows a maximum view of the splendid Langhe panorama. Finally, the shaped upper gable was installed on the wood beam.

The peculiarity of the project is evident in the perfect synergy of the elements used to create the new Clima TT conservatory while taking advantage of all of the characteristics of the existing building. In this way it was possible to create a comfortable, bright environment with excellent thermal performance in harmony with the architectural context and landscape.

Independent house Cuneo

Customization, appearance, and transparency: these are the key words for the Clima TT conservatory with thermal break created by our partner, Cuneo Tende, in Cuneo.

The owner wished to create a large, elegant, and bright dining room. As always, they started with the customer’s requirements: for this reason a wall was removed to create a large living area that joined the main body of the house to the Clima TT conservatory.  On the three sides, the S. 70 TT sliding doors with thermal break profiles were also installed to increase the efficiency and sustainability of the structure.

Research, attention to design, and teamwork between the Sunroom group and the installer partner, Cuneo Tende all contributed to the creation of a unique space, a source of well-being and always in step with the times.

Single-family house Montecarlo

In the outskirts of Montecarlo, along the French Riviera, there is an imposing villa where our partner, Cuneo Tende, installed a large Clima TT conservatory with thermal break profiles.

The area involved covers about 30 m2 and runs along the back of the residence. The roof glass includes glazing with insulating panels for maximum insulation. The S. 70 TT sliding doors with thermo-insulated profiles that completely enclose the perimeter of the structure alternate with fixed elements and ensure excellent thermal insulation.

A new, hospitable and bright environment that can be used as a dining room or relaxation area and that undoubtedly enriched the identity and value of the building.

MOUNTAIN CHALET

Even the outdoors can be at high altitude! In this snowy mountain area around Cuneo, our partner Cuneo Tende has carried out the installation of the Clima TT conservatory with thermal break and with the S.70 TTsliding doors with thermo-insulated profiles, all of course with the guarantee of the Sunroom brand. The project involved the construction of special anchors because since the house is completely made of wood, specific technical choices needed to be made. To enhance the cabin feature – built using green techniques – they chose to add the exclusive Clima TT conservatory with thermal break profiles designed for the mountain area to the front of the structure as it is able to resist even the coldest temperatures, retaining its stability over time. Also, inside the profiles, steel reinforcements were planned to further increase their capacity. The large S.70 TT sliding doors allow full enjoyment of the breathtaking panorama of the valleys and, thanks to the thermal break profiles, guarantee excellent insulation and greater energy efficiency.

Private residence Styria

In Styria, in the green heart of Austria, we admire one of the most enchanting conservatories that expertly combines innovation, leveraging of space, and a modern appearance in a unique architectural work that is able to integrate itself in the natural context in a harmonic and balanced manner.  In this project, the owner requested the creation of a new living space that could offer comfort throughout the year and the possibility of obtaining an extra room to be used mainly as a living area. The project was implemented by our partner Glavassevich Wintergärtner GmbH.

The structure of the ca. 35 m2 Puro TT conservatory, made of completely recyclable aluminium, has thermal insulated profiles to efficiently resist even the frigid temperatures of the Styria winters. All components are slim and sturdy, but offer very high energy performance at the same time. The use of such a large glazed unit provides brightness and heat to the entire conservatory.  Besides the Puro TT roof, along the perimeter the S.75 TT folding glazed unit with thermal break profiles was installed, with one panel used as a door. The result is truly impressive, a new environment, full of light, and open to a 360° view of the Styria valley, an elixir for the body and mind!  The conservatory is a way of life: an oasis of well-being within your own house, where you can relax comfortably, spend time with your friends, gaze at the starry sky, or read a book, protected by the atmosphere of the house while being completely surrounded by nature.

Having added a living area with a panoramic view by means of the Puro TT conservatorywith S.75 TT folding glazed unit that can be completely opened, undoubtedly increased the building’s commercial value while also adding a unique charm to this splendid Austrian residence.

Single house Rocca di Papa

Creating a space that was liveable all year round was the desire of the owner of this charming house in the outskirts of Rome. With a Sunroom thermal break conservatory custom designed according to the customer’s wishes, the dream became reality.

The installer partner Baltera followed the project, carrying out all surveys on-site, and prepared a quick installation with no critical issues. The brightness from the numerous glass elements and the large sliding panels, in addition to the delicate colours of the profiles and furniture, make it a real glass envelope, secure and comfortable in every season.

The Clima TT conservatory with thermal break profiles was chosen for its functionality and its modular layout that allows the creation of an infinite number of shapes – rectangular, trapezoidal, polyhedral, diamond-tipped – to integrate it with the surrounding environment and give it the desired architectural style. What’s more, thanks to the S. 70 TT sliding doors, also with thermo-insulated profiles, it is possible to open it wider to a full view of the outdoors.  The result is a Sunroom thermal break conservatory: a special and unique oasis to enjoy in your own home.
