Royal Beach requested the creation of a new outdoor area that could best welcome its clients by day, as a modern beach resort, as well as by night, as an elegant beach-side restaurant.

The client has decided to completely renovate the outdoor area in an effort to enhance every space to fit harmoniously into the natural environment and create a new, liveable outdoor area that can be used all year round. The renovations were designed and implemented by the Edilpiù Srl team that, in about three months, gave new life to this sophisticated corner of the coast.  The project called for the creation of a self-supporting bioclimatic pergola positioned on a previously built plateau according to the precise evaluations of the partner installer, Edilpiù Srl.

Sunroom Oskura is patented in Europe, and is definitely a guarantee of reliability and durability. As a flexible and modern sunshade system, it offers many advantages for commercial buildings as it is possible to modulate sunlight and heat, depending on the season and on the various needs. With its adjustable and retractable slats, it allows the sun rays to filter through on cooler days and create a healthy and ideal indoor micro-climate, while the full closure of the roof offers good resistance to rain or direct sunlight. Also, the perfect sliding of its electrically-motorised closing system allows for quiet and smooth packing that will not disturb the guests during dinner or relaxation.

Another great advantage of the Oskura bioclimatic pergola was the possibility to customize it through the side glass closing systems to be able to enjoy the Royal Beach restaurant practically all year round!  For this reason, our partner Edilpiù performed the installation of the Sunroom Tuttovetro Slide frameless sliding doors around the entire perimeter of the structure as the ideal addition to the bioclimatic pergola.

The clean appearance and extreme elegance of this type of glazed unit combined with the sustainability of the materials used offers a bright environment that “exceeds” the border between indoors and outdoors, for a complete sea view without the obstruction of vertical profiles.

The elegant black colour of the Oskura pergola harmonizes with the wood recovered from the old Venetian mooring posts used as open beams to make the Royal Beach location truly unique and exclusive. The attention to detail and harmony with the landscape in the project carried out by Edilpiù Srl is evident even in the choice of the last Sunroom S. 70 TT sliding glass element.  Secure and sturdy, this type of glazed unit ensures a significant aesthetic impact, is particularly solid thanks to its central reinforcements, and it can also be used to create large panels and glazing of various thicknesses. The ergonomic handle is easy to use and perfectly suitable to commercial areas.

Finally, a very important element, it includes a recessed floor track for maximum practicality and minimum obstruction for passing guests.
